Veteran Representative: Brian Denault

I am honored to be accepted as your OCIP Veteran Representative. I served 28 years as a member of the Canadian Armed forces (CAF).
During my service, I held several positions, including serving as the CFB Petawawa Co-Chair for the Defence Indigenous Advisory Group (DIAG). In this role, my focus was on representing Indigenous CAF members by sharing information and provide advice on how CAF and DND policies and programs affect Indigenous members. I frequently collaborated with advisory groups representing Racialized Persons, Persons with Disabilities, Women, and Team Pride communities to advance employment equity and foster a more diverse and inclusive work environment.
