Education and Experience
*A degree from a recognized university in a relevant field of study such as governance, leadership, public administration, or organizational management; or a combination of education, job-related training and/or experience;
*A certification in board governance would be considered an asset;
*Experience serving as the Chair or member of the board of a large, complex organization;
*Senior-level management experience successfully leading large organizations;
*Experience in corporate governance, including board capacity-building, succession planning, and the coordination of committees;
*Experience in the workings of government and the public sector;
*Experience in leading a large service or information technology organization through transformational or digital change would be considered an asset.
