Roly is a staunch supporter of indigenous unity and community-based social responsibility. Building on the ideals of OCIP, Region 7 is now a Council of local members mandated in future to develop affordable housing and programs focused on community well-being.
The council infrastructure is focused on economic enterprises and projects that will not only provide employment but also fulfil the council's social vision.
