Region 7 Governor:  Roland (Roly) Belanger

Roly is a staunch supporter of indigenous unity and community-based social responsibility. Building on the ideals of OCIP, Region 7 is now a Council of local members mandated in future to develop affordable housing and programs focused on community well-being.

To accomplish this 'Shimmering Water Council' was incorporated.

The council infrastructure is focused on economic enterprises and projects that will not only provide employment but also fulfil the council's social and spiritual vision.
