PLEASE NOTE: To apply for the CAP student ISET program you must be a member of OCIP.
1. If you identify as Metis and submit a fully completed OCIP application, (including fees and documented genealogy), it will be prioritized to accommodate the ISET student funding program.  Off reserve Status applicants need only provide a copy of their Government issued Status Card in Lieu of a documented genealogy.
2. If you are not a member of OCIP, under 18 years of age and have immediate family who are OCIP members, your membership application will be prioritized without fees to accommodate the ISET student funding program.
